Ev is a student of natural medicine and the writing craft, living— normally barefoot— in the waist high field grass of rural Colorado. In her short time as an adult she’s attempted to doctor her siblings, smuggled ammunition, and drafted a fictional novel on particularly short people gardening in the plains. Growing up on a "one acre farm" with her parents constant knowledge of whole foods and conspiracies, Ev developed a love of searching for truth and sharing natural healing.

This blog is for her friends who struggle with anxiety, poor nutrition, chronic sleep deprivation, and the occasional deep bruises from sword fighting.
