Ev is a student of natural medicine and the writing craft, living—normally barefoot—in rural Colorado. In her short time as an adult she’s attempted to doctor her siblings, smuggled ammunition, and drafted a several fictional works involving natural and magical healing that's always offered as a gift. Growing up on a "one acre farm" with her parents constant interest in alternative healing, whole foods and conspiracies, Ev was inspired to search for truth and find healing.

This blog is intended as a for her friends who struggle with anxiety, poor nutrition, chronic sleep deprivation, and the occasional deep bruises from sword fighting.
